# Will I loose my rights if I upload my film?

## what happens to my rights if I upload to YOW.tv?

Absolutely not! Unlike traditional distribution, you retain ownership of your work. YOW.tv licenses the rights available (at your discretion) and our contracts are non-exclusive. We are looking for partners to push independent film forward, not to hold you back.
