This list may help you to get logged in.

If you are experiencing issues logging in, please follow the steps below in order.

  • Check your log in details

Email address or phone number: Please double check to ensure you are using the correct email address associated with your account. It can be easy to mistype an email, make sure there are no spelling errors.

  • Troubleshoot your browser or app

Clear cache and cookies: Outdated or corrupted data stored in your browser or app can interfere with the login process. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or the app's cache and data, then try again.

Update your software: Make sure your smart TV, streaming device, and  YOW.tv app are updated to the latest version. Older software can cause compatibility issues

Power cycle: A simple restart of your device can often resolve temporary glitches.

  • Address network and security issues

Check your connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable. A poor or intermittent connection can cause the login process to fail.

  • If the issue is specific to a device

Smart TVs and streaming devices: If you can log in on your computer but not on your smart TV or another device, the issue is likely with that specific device. Try reinstalling the app or checking the system for updates on your smart TV or streaming device.

  • Contact support for further assistance

If you have followed all the steps above and are still unable to log in, there may be a specific issue with your account.
